I had my daughter 19 months ago by c-section. Since then I have lost about 30 pounds, but now the weightloss is slowing down and I see no signs that I'm toning yet. My husband bought me a bottle of minithins thinking it would help me burn more. I do eat healthy. Everyone is telling me to lose the minithins because they are dangerous. I am 5'2 and weigh 131.4 I only take one capsule 3 times a week early morning before exercising. Do you think this is dangerous? And if so I'm open to any better ideas. Thank in advance. Oh and by the way this was my 4th child and my only c-section.

These are just caffeine pills so they won't really do anything for you but give you a first class case of the jitters. Of course you're not breastfeeding while taking this stuff so your baby isn't drinking 4 cups of coffee 3 times a week. Some people complain of sleeplessness of course because of the caffeine, others complain of cramps and a "dragged out" feeling, again to be expected. Try cutting back on the calories a bit and going for a 30 minute walk/jog everyday. Since you're close to your goal weight the pounds will become a bit harder to lose as your body starts to balance out. Just keep going..this isn't a race, you'll get there....good luck

My wife had a c-section as well and It's also taking a really long time for her to tone up. We went to TJ because someone told her about these pill that really do kick ***. She is now taking them and working out at the same time but the process is still taking some time. So don't stress. Just keep working out and the main key is to eat right. NO junk food.

I just looked up minithins and they sound dangerous to me. They seem to be damaging your heart. Stop taking them! If your weight loss is slowing down, increase your exercises.

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water, when you are well hydrated it is better for skin elasticity. Also if you are trying to tone, then you need to start moving. They don't have a pill for that yet.

I wouldn't recommend taking them before you work out they may raise your heart rate and then if you work out on top of that it will raise your rate even more so I would suggest stop using them.
