i want to get a liposuction but i'm not rich where can i go? is mexico safe

Remember this: You get what you pay for. Cheap surgery = cheap results.
You shouldn't even drink the water in Mexico. I wouldn't trust them for major surgical procedures.

I knew some Thai ladies who told me they get theirs done in Thailand for about $800 every couple of years. She also got a facelift and I think they did a really good job on it, her face still looked natural. She said they have resorts there with on staff nurse and they do the aftercare pretty cheap also. The problem would really be not speaking the language in case something went wrong. Try to find an English speaking country.

Mexico is not the best place, but some people survive. I know a lady that got a tummy tuck, that took about 6 months to recover from and she has a horrible scar, so even though her tummy is flat she can't wear a bikini or anything showing her belly.

Considering that this is considered a major surgery, do you really want someone who does this at a discount?????

You could get it done cheap in India, but I wouldn't call that safe at all, much less lipo in general.
