don't anyone mistake this for spot reducing fat...this is a different question entiely.
right now I'm thinking the only way to do it is enduce a catabolic state by undereating and overtraining....trouble is that this will reduce muscle mass all over. and make me feel sick. unable to work etc.

nurgle i thought of that but i suspect the muscle riped will be rebuilt at the expense of protein being stripped from elsewhere round the body. I suspect that the muscle that is ripped will therefor be treated as a priority since the body is preparing for the next time we repeat the experiment:) and maintain its density at the expence of a general reduction of lean mass shared out by the whole body. the opposite effect of what is desired. unfortunatly, in this case, that is how the body works.....as a whole unit rather than a localised effort...its a pritty cleaver machin really:)

so....in the end....its sometimes as vital to avoid areas when skulpting as it is to hit them. otherwise you have to start all over again!:)
