that is totally absurd and false.
human feces is loaded with pathogens, not letting the bowels clear can and will lead to health problems over an extended period of time.

That's absurd. There are so many factors at play...
As soon as your stomach has emptied into the digestive track and bowels than you will be hungry again...
it also depends on the size of your stomach and how much you have eaten. Foods that take longer to digest will keep you feeling full longer.
In actuality, the sooner you get rid of the toxins the better. So taking a 'sh*it' (as you so pleasantly called it) will actually help you lose weight. Why do you think anorexic and bulimic girls take exlax? Gets rid of the food faster so that your body isn't pulling any more toxins and fat the longer it sits there.
If you want to lose weight do it the healthy, non-lazy way. You know, eating well and working out.

not only is this not ture, it's extremely unhealthy. Purposely making yourself constipated will clog and all of that waste will find its way into other parts of your body which is not a good thing. Now, let's think about the loose weight part. How, if you never get rid of wastes, will you plan to lose weight. It's true that you won't get hungry, but you will not lose weight until you decide to poop again...

It's false and actually if you force yourself not to pooh you can die. I have a family member that is paralyzed because they didn't pooh for a week. Pooh is poison and needs to be released as soon as your body tells you it's time.

Yeah, we're just like bears. You know about bears, right? They plug it up for their winter slumber.....and don't eat and drop quite a bit of their weight. They use lots of fiber to form their plug but I say you should use whatever would be most comfortable for you.
Good luck with that!

You're very funny today, aren't you? No, that won't work. It will only cause stomach problems. And gas build up.

No, if you don't eliminate your waste, you'll get fatter and fatter until you explode!
I don't recommend it, even though you will loose ALL your weight in the end!
