Is there any difference? I find that the powder always has such a gritty taste, like drinkind sand. Can a tablet be as effective as powder for helping to build mass?

And yes, I do work out/train regularily. I KNOW that taking creatine alone won't build muscle!

you are paying more money for the tablet but the effects will be the same. creatine only helps to build mass if you have a proper diet and progressive resistance training program. you will not gain muscle just from simply taking creatine.

There are distinction. The powder is lots extra useful. even though the producer claims that they're even useful. this is not so. that's type own adventure. My boyfriend used the two considered one of them. The powder is lots extra useful. only blend it with a apple juice and undesirable flavor is long gone!
