I WAS 139 pounds, my GOAL weight now, about a month ago. Now I'm up to 144 and I really can't seem to lose it. I've been going for about 2 1/2 weeks trying to lose it and i cant!
I had a basketball game today but I only played for about 15 minutes and it was on a small court. I worked out a couple minutes ago and ran a mile and did like 5 minutes worth of sit ups/crunches.

I JUST KEEP EATING. It's terrible!& now I feel disgusting and I'm considering making myself throw up..I know I shouldn't but I know I've gained more weight because of what I ate today. And I just don;t want to get up tomrorow feeling fat...UGH.
Heres what I ate
apple slices (200c)
goldfish (200c)
cheeseballs (200c)
nutrigrain bar (140c)
bowl of rice crispies (250c)
marshmellows (250c)
2 chocolate things (150)
turkey and cheese on lettuce (100)
2 small fish (they were tiny..220)
100 calorie popcorn (100)
2 candy canes (100)
chips and dip (200)
2 hershey kisses (60)
i estimated...

i basically need some comforting

Sometimes I feel a bit confused when they use all those technical terms for different workouts. Its all like a completely new language for me and sometimes makes it a bit difficult to understand the exercise.

I am on a calorie counting diet but I crave sweets like cookies
How can I eat what I want. Why do some people eat whatever
they want and dont gain any pounds. If I have over 2300 calories
a day i seem to gain weight. Today I only had 1600 calories.
Ive lost 20 pounds in two months, but it is a struggle to resist
sweets. I still have about 80 pounds to go to get to my goal of
180 lbs.

i am on a diet where i get ATLEAST 3000 calorie or more a day...i drink 3 boost or ensure plus which is a weight gain drink(each is 360 calories) and 2 high protein high calorie bars(each is 300 calories)
and LOTS of peanuts and peanut butter, breads/whole wheat breads/pastas...and milk...but its still hard to get 3000 calories depite all the sugar, carbs, fats, and calorie counts 4 all of these foods!
WHAT ARE SOME HIGH CALORIE HEALTHY FOODS THAT WILL HELP ME PUT ON HEALTHY WEIGHT(im looking 4 high protein, low fat, and low carb and sugar though)...i feel like im gaining to much fat but i cant exercise UNTIL i gain atleast 10 pounds... i want some good snacks and school lunches...also some "convenience" foods that are healthy...

PLEASE GIVE ME SOME HEALTHY HIGH CALORIE FOODS BESIDES NUTS/BUTTERS, SHAKES, MEATS, BARS, AND CARBS THAT WILL PUT ON WEIGHT BUT NOT GO TO MY STOMACH...I SEEM TO LOOK PREGNANT WHEN I GAIN WEIGHT...

bowl grapes

Can eating too many fruits make you fat? lol

I heard a pro body builder mention he had an 8 pack which would become a 10 pack soon.

I always thought that people were born with a certain number of abdominal muscles ie 4 pack 6 pack ect...

Is it actually that you have more and you can just develop them so that they show?

i'm 14 becoming 15 next year i'm 5 foot 3 1/2 and i want to know if i could reach 5 foot 8 1/2 or at least 6 foot when i grow up and i'm half asian and half european.
mom's height- 5-0
dad's height 5-10 or 5-11

and another question how many inches does person's height grow each year .

My most professional sources (professional weight trainer at school who has trained NFL players, and my high school tennis coach) say that you go until your arms are 90 degrees. However, many people have said that you should go to about 1 inch from your chest or else chest muscles won't be worked enough. The diagram on the wall of the school weight room says you should briefly touch your chest. What do you guys think?

i am 49 years of age, but i am always told by people i know(and people i have just met that i dont look it(im not fishing for compliments, as i dont even tell people i dont know my age) anyway, they tend to think that i look very young for my age, which i am grateful for, and no one yet has said that i look older than 34! i have always tried to look after myself, my skin, hair, body ect, and all my life i have never gone over a size 12( even was a size 10 for quite a while. my height is 5ft 3inches. then i got married in april this year, and since then i have put on 11lb in weight!i nearlly died when i saw the scales!! this means that i am now 10 stone, but still fit nicely into a size 12. the problem is, thati have never been this weight and i feel fat. my husband says i look great and slim but im not convinced. others say that "yes" i have put on a few pounds but that it suits me and i am no where near fat! have i anything to worry about?

I don't cook, and I don't eat right, because the span of my kitchen skills is "add water and stir". But I want to start by making quick and easy meals so that I can continue to improve my health and my eating habits. Any online resources that offer simple menus of foods for each meal (Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) to make that are pretty common for even the most inexperienced cook?

I always make healthy choices when they are available, but I want to take more control over my diet, instead of hoping that there is a healthy selection to choose from when I go somewhere. Besides, eating out is expensive, and you can't guarantee that foods are as healthy as advertised.
