It depends. Try using this calculator:

You should NEVER EVER lose or gain more than TWO pounds per WEEK. It's really, really unhealthy

a healthy amount of calorie to take in a whole day would b 2000 calories, about 400-700 calories per meal dependin on which one u tend to eat more or less in, dont take in less than 1000 cal a day, ur body uses lik 1200 calories a day for just functionin ur organs like pumpin the heart and lung.

It varies. Percentages on packaging assumes an average of 2000 calories per day, but women tend to need less, and athletes more. Growth also requires some. More muscle mass also requires more calories. Calories per meal isn't as important but it is better to get more of your calories earlier in the day so you have more chance to burn them. It might be good to attribute some of them to snacks, however, because as long as these are healthy, it keeps your metabolism up to eat more often.

2000 calorie requirement, three meals a day = 2000/3 or 600 calories. Of course, 200 calories can come from healthy snack options.

2000 daily calorie diet for a typical person. Since you're a teenager, and you're a diet.. try cutting it down to 1000. To lose weight effectively, 2 hours a week of cardiovascular activities already gives a notable and quick results.

Don't listen to Bravo. If you only have 100 calories a day you will die. I think it's supposed to be 1000 for kids and 2000 for adults. You might want to ask your doctor :)
