I WAS 139 pounds, my GOAL weight now, about a month ago. Now I'm up to 144 and I really can't seem to lose it. I've been going for about 2 1/2 weeks trying to lose it and i cant!
I had a basketball game today but I only played for about 15 minutes and it was on a small court. I worked out a couple minutes ago and ran a mile and did like 5 minutes worth of sit ups/crunches.

I JUST KEEP EATING. It's terrible!& now I feel disgusting and I'm considering making myself throw up..I know I shouldn't but I know I've gained more weight because of what I ate today. And I just don;t want to get up tomrorow feeling fat...UGH.
Heres what I ate
apple slices (200c)
goldfish (200c)
cheeseballs (200c)
nutrigrain bar (140c)
bowl of rice crispies (250c)
marshmellows (250c)
2 chocolate things (150)
turkey and cheese on lettuce (100)
2 small fish (they were tiny..220)
100 calorie popcorn (100)
2 candy canes (100)
chips and dip (200)
2 hershey kisses (60)
i estimated...

i basically need some comforting

atleast you accept the fact that you need comforting. go ahead feel down in the dumps all you want but dont stay there
remember that somedays you'll feel bad and others you'll feel good about yourself.

You're getting waaay too obsessive about both your weight and counting calories. Step one: Throw out your scale. Keeping track of the numbers will drive you mad! Besides, if you're exercising properly, you will gain some muscle weight, and that's okay. Step two: If you don't want to be eating things like goldfish and cheese balls and chocolate things, DON'T BUY THEM. Eat healthy foods, but don't eat when you're not hungry. Find comfort in doing something else. Step three: Be comfortable with your own body. So you weigh 144 instead of 139. BIG DEAL! I mean, if you're only 3' 2" you might want to trim down a little before you have a heart attack, but otherwise you're fine. Go out and live your life! Enjoy yourself! Don't worry about your weight, and above all, DON'T THROW UP!

If you eat bad food, then you'll put on weight, simple.

Try going for whole grains (multi grain bread, weetbix for breakky, less processed foods) when you eat your meals, so that you will feel full for longer. If you're hungry in between meals, drink water.

You're not fat, or overweight, but keep this up and you will be. It sounds like you're comfort eating. Maybe you reached your goal weight and it was a bit of a let down? You should do something just for you, like go to a day spa, or get a make over. Go out and socialize, and show off your new hard-earned body.

Eat to live, don't live to eat.

Sugar and carbohydrates is equals to fats... the two should be watched out to combine together. Easy unto one unto another. They are deadly combinations if not watched out.

Fruits, fishes, vegies and oranges... vitamin C without eating peripheral help helps revitalize your energy to exercise. (I mean plain vitamin C )

You'll be okay! I have the same issue when I burn a ton of calories. Give yourself a break from exercise once in a while. It will be good for you :)

Cut out all that sugar. it is the fattining thing on there. Too many carbs too. Lay off the meat too. Try to keep it natural and fresh. Nothing else will do. Good Luck,

I enjoy my food too but when i want to lose weight i try not to think about it cos when you think about it the more you want to eat. Calm down and take it slowly it will happen.
