that may be one of the worst diets that I've ever seen, it's 98% carbohydrates. if you continue to eat in this manner not only will you not be very healthy but you will have a very high percentage of body fat over time.

You had cupcakes, which is pure junk and you're worried about the fruit? Fruit is good and healthy and fat free. Also, if the rice was white, it wasn't too great either. Stick with brown. The samewith the cereal. Even if it has whole grains which most cereal has now but are still laden with other junk like high fructose corn syrup. Even some of the "healthy" ones are laden with junk.
The fruit on your list is the least of your worries, it seems. However, it also looks as though you're lacking veggies.

Eating too much FRESH fruit will never make you fat. Almost all fruits are packed with water and vitamins. Those outweigh the fat value. So go ahead and indulge on your fruits.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

The first 4 items are not fruit and can make you fat. You can eat all the fruit you want and you will always be thin. It has no salt. Salt is very, very fattening and so is lean meat and non fat yogurt. See site below and learn why. FRUITARIANS eat only fruit and they are thin except for the muscular one on the site below (he lifts weights).

no... Cause fruits don't really have fat in them. And the calories that they have barely are like 1-15 calories. So even if you filled your self with fruits you won't gain weight

That's not enough to make you fat; but definitely eating too too much fruit will make you fat. It's like candy.
Fruit is not very satisfying to the appetite.
