I don't cook, and I don't eat right, because the span of my kitchen skills is "add water and stir". But I want to start by making quick and easy meals so that I can continue to improve my health and my eating habits. Any online resources that offer simple menus of foods for each meal (Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) to make that are pretty common for even the most inexperienced cook?

I always make healthy choices when they are available, but I want to take more control over my diet, instead of hoping that there is a healthy selection to choose from when I go somewhere. Besides, eating out is expensive, and you can't guarantee that foods are as healthy as advertised.

I really want something that will email me a menu for the week, complete with recipes and a shopping list so that I know exactly what to get from my weekly trips to the store.

you need to get some basic cook books and start learning how to cook. start out with basic things like broiling fish and chicken and making steamed vegetables, etc. cooking is just like everything else in life you need to do regularly to become efficient at it.

My doctor turned me onto this website by Independent Achievement Productions and they had great recordings that I bought that actually work on your training your mind to eat better, I have the following recordings; healthy cooking, satisfied on half portions and increase your desire for water...they work great...and keep me in check with minimal effort (just listen 20 minutes a day) Worth a look at!
