alright i wan to excersize but not aloud to leave the house but is there like any work out stuff i can do in front of the tv at home ? help plz thank you best ansewr wins!!! 10 extra points

Loads you can do! For cardio, if you have an exercise bike then 20 mins is perfect for doing interval training - go as fast as you can for about 12 seconds, then go at a moderate pace for 8 seconds, then fast again for 12, moderate agin for 8 - keep repeating this for the entire 20 mins - it's been proven to burn more fat more quickly than riding at the one pace for 40 mins, and it's great for improving your fitness. If you don't have a bike, apply the 12 seconds vs 8 seconds rule to running on the spot or any other aerobic activity. It's great on an elliptical if you can get your hands on one.
You could also do crunches - try doing different ones, like one your side to target your obliques, or as you lift your upper body, lift your legs too and hold the position until you feel the burn! Squats are great, and you can make the most of them by holding a weight, gym ball (or heavy household item) above your head when you do them. Lunges are good too, and pushups, and the plank. (For intructions on how to do these check out some fitness websites, most have great sections with photos showing you how it all works.....try 'sparkpeople' - it's good).
Lifting dumbells is also great, if you don't have any - go to your kitchen cupboard and find some heavy stuff (doesn't have to be too heavy!) and lift that.
Invest in a skipping rope - fantastic for fitness, and you can ty different moves to get different muscle groups. Eg. you can twist your lower body from side to side - targeting your abs.

Try Kegel exercises...no one will even know you are doing them!
