I think your stomach needs that yogurt that's good for stomach problems.I've heard that helps when people feel bloated.I've also heard people get relief from bloating if they take 4-6 ounces of buttermilk for about a week.I believe it does about the same thing as far as getting your stomach right.Good luck to you.

you may being getting the big red.-you're period.
those are both signs.
bloated is a very common effect of getting your period.
& gaining weight is not unusual. you're body stores extra water weight during you're period.
so i'd be getting prepared. it probably will come 2-4 days after that began

umm if u starved urself recently it might b becuz ur tummy shrunk so its reactin to the food diff from how it use to
or mayb ur metabolism is slowing down
