I have been doing yoga for a few weeks now, and i am just wondering is it worth me getting up earlier to do it before school?

Good for you for getting up earlier to practice yoga! It will absolutely help you have a better day..........your body will feel more balanced and your mind more focused. If it involves any type of sun salutations it will get those endorphins going which will automatically help to create a good mood(so will back bends). Just make sure you get enough rest the night before. Namaste!

never done yoga but I've done practically everything else first thing in the am. IMO, there's nothing better than exercising 1st thing in the am. you get your daily exercise out of the way for the day, you are increasing the metabolic rate and you feel energized for the entire morning and can be a lot more productive and alert than normal.
