I constantly ride my bike 2 miles aday to go to work where I am on my feet walking in the south Texas sun all day. I used to weighed 185 which is good for a height of 5'9".
but now I am down to 165. The bike is no option to give up and there is no public transportation.
I need to gain my weight back any clues.

okay, im 18, 5/3 and 115 pounds, i would like to lose 13 pounds to be 103 pounds, if i do 45 minutes of cardio every day, 100 leg lifts on each leg, 50 crunches every day how long will it take? i have completely cut out any kinds of sweets, chips, candy and all that junk, will i be able to lose it by march? (4 months) if not what do i need to do to lose 13 pounds in 4 months? thank you!!

how can i weigh 95 lbs.. 150cm. my current weight is 116 pounds .. so being 95 lbs is still healthy ! how can i achieve that?

I'm 6'5", weigh 197, and bought one of those scales that reads body fat levels. It put me at 13.2 which seems pretty accurate, and I want to get down to 7 or 8%. Does anyone have any way of estimating about how many pounds of fat I'd need to lose to get to, we'll say 8% body fat?

I'm determined to get back on track with my toning and whatnot - but exercises like crunches & situps hurt my tailbone which is shocking with as much padding as I've got ...lol... but seriously - what other exercises are effective at strengthening my core?

Also, what toning exercises have you done for any part of the body that showed results quickly?

Going to a gym is out due to time and (mostly) money, so at home exercises are preferred.

i also drive a school bus i was wondering if anyone knows how many or round about calories do i burn diving three hours in the am and four and half in the pm.i know how many i burn at the gym but not on the bus or is there something out there that can help me figure this out?thank you for your time.

I want to lose 50 pounds in 6 months and i can lose it by losing 2 pounds a week. i dont want to drop under 150 because i give blood platelets and i need to be 150 pounds or over. I weigh about 198 right now. I dont want to lost weight that quickly because i want to keep it off. i am in school 6 out of 7 days a week and hardly have time to go running. any small excersises i can do? i am starting to change my eating habits already...
