I only got about 4 hours of sleep last night and I have a big day at school today. Please give me some fast tips on how to wake up besides drinking coffee!

I've been eating/drinking a lot of the new "Soup at Hand" Campbell's soup containers lately, mostly consisting of Creamy Chicken, Cheese and Broccolli, Tomato, etc. Looking at the nutritional labels, they have low sugars, low cholesterol, and a moderate supply of protein and mono/poly fats. Plus each can contains 13 grams of carbohydrates. Would it be reasonable to say that going on a Campbell's soup diet to accompany my cardio plan would be beneficial???

I have a very busy schedule, i often have to sleep really late and wake up really early to get to school.

I have physical ed classes once a week but i don't think it's enough because i don't even sweat or exert energy in it.

I'm sick of sit ups 'cause 'one, I'm lazy and two, I've tried it and it doesn't work.

My problem area is my lower abs, it has a bump and i want to get rid of it fast probably by December.

I eat a LOT! It's not usually a problem because I don't seem to get fat but I think I'm beginning to gain weight now. My stomach gets really big after I eat. I usually eat a lot of carbohydrates like rice and not much protein.

any suggestions???? Really need help, I've been trying to get flat abs since i was in 6th grade.

I'm distressing over this b/c I don't know if my legs became shorter or they just look shorter b/c of the extra weight gain? My legs used to look long and lean but now look short & dumpy. Anyone else experience this?

I just had a baby 3mths ago and my stomach is still looking saggy and fat. I jog 4 times a week and do sit ups everyday. I'm losing weight overall but my stomach still looks terrible, any suggestions?

I'm 15 and am 5'5 and my weight goes from 99-103 depending on what i eat during the day. When I don't eat a lot I weigh 99. When I eat a little during the day, I weigh more. How can I make it so that my weight stays at 99? Do I have to stop eating altogether? I'm don't think I'm anorexic I just really want to be under 100 and I can't keep it at that weight. I know my bmi is like 16 or 17 and thats already underweight but idc. How can I lose weight?

So many girls, who are obviously skinny/average, ask if they are fat on here. Can't they look in the mirror or ask a friend? When I read questions that state, "I'm 5'4 and 115 lbs. Am I fat?" it drives me nuts! None of these girls go to the doctor and get their height and weight checked? Do they know about BMI, or fat calibrators? How about just asking your family? It's crazy to me. There are so many different body types, it's not even possible to determine whether someone is fat just by a vague description either. Someone can be 130 lbs of pure muscle, while another girl is 115 lbs of "flab." And I use the word "flab" loosely, no pun intended.

I just wanted to know if anyone has heard of HGH (Human Growth
Hormone) It is supposed to help you lose weight . Also, help with anti-aging. I have bought this product called Naturally HGH. Has anyone had results, and If so how long did it take.

I just binge on rubbish and don't do any exercise.

i have lost all motivation to keep fit and slim down. picturing myself in that lovely dress has the opposite effect of motivation and just makes me eat more cos I feel like i will never reach my goal!

Whatever i find I eat and often have 2 dinners etc. I literally cannot help myself. I just eat and don't care! Nothing has majorly changed in my life over the last 2 months.

Anyone got suggestions that might motivate me?

or at the very least, keep me away from the biscuit tin?

I eat right and exercise everyday. I saw many people smoke, drink, overweight but do not do anything about it...end up seeing doctors, going through surgeries...shouldn't they pay more than I do?

so for 30 mins 4.5 times a week I sprint for 30 seconds and lightly jog for about 90 seconds. I go 2 days of HIIT then rest one day and then go 2 more and rest one and so on. My questions are: is that too many days a week? Also what should my ratio of macronutrients be? Also should I lift at all during a fat cutting stage? I'm satisfied with the amount of muscle I have but I really want to get into that single digit body fat.

I've read a lot of articles and they all seem to say different things so any sources or articles about it would be helpful. Also I don't give a **** if you think I should have a "positive body image". Any opinions like that keep to yourself please.

i do cardio treadmill 7 days a week about 30 - 35 minutes each day. I do yoga 4 times a week, pilates about 2 times a week. Machine equipment (about 15 machines in all) for ENTIRE body toning EVERY two days. I am also dieting.

First off, REALLY dissapointed that I am NOT losing any weight.

Also why does it look like my ankles are getting larger? WHAT is causing that. Before I was excercising my ankles looked smaller.

i am a 15 year old boy about to turn 16 and i want to build my muscle so ive been taking creatine, i want to know how many grams should i take before my workout. the supplement bottle has a scooper that scoops 56 grams. is that too much for me, if so, how many grams should i take!
