I'm 15 and am 5'5 and my weight goes from 99-103 depending on what i eat during the day. When I don't eat a lot I weigh 99. When I eat a little during the day, I weigh more. How can I make it so that my weight stays at 99? Do I have to stop eating altogether? I'm don't think I'm anorexic I just really want to be under 100 and I can't keep it at that weight. I know my bmi is like 16 or 17 and thats already underweight but idc. How can I lose weight?
