Is that just a little to much to eat a day to lose weight...
could i not just eat 900 a day and still lose weight?
I am going to the gym everyday for about 45 minutes

if ur gona lower it,lower it to 1000.and heres a tip:apples consume 190 calories.so everytym u eat an apple u lose 190 calories that u ate that day.DONT FORGET RUNNING!!forget sittups and squats.thats for muscle building.if u wana loose it,run it off.then wen ur where u want to be do sittups.dont forget stay healthy!!!!try the special K diet ;>

for some reason I've completely lost my appetite (no diet or anything) and I've only been eating 3 small meals a day (under 900 calories total) and I've lost 5 lbs. in 4 days.!
I know they say to eat at least 1200 calories a day -- but my appetite is gone and I've dropped weight and my energy has INCREASED. no idea why.
I feel absolutely wonderful.!
so 900 calories a day is working for me!

No, it's not too much. When you begin to consume less than 1200 calories a day, your body begins to think it's starving and begins to store fat. In other words, eat too little, and your metabolism will actually slow down making it more difficult to lose weight.

to lose weight just burn more calories than you eat
u could eat 4000 calories a day and still lose weight as long as u burn more than that

No not at all...that is average to survive and keep your system healthy...You burn more than that in a day. Get a calorie counter watch if you want to monitor your own calorie burns or write in a journal and keep track daily

it depends on how much you exercise per day or per 2 days

so if you run for straight 20 minutes, you lost enough that your fat will be lost and good things will be gained for your skins, face and body. tho making you fit
