go to Registered Dietitian or trainer and ask them to measure your body fat percentage which should be below 25% for women.
scales and bmi have nothing to do with body fat percentage and are inaccurate.

I'm in the same exact position as you... all i can say, is that it's all relative... everyone has different perspectives... if you want to loose some weight.. go for it... i mean, it's completly personal... just be healthy...

Try looking up your Body Mass Index using a BMI calculator. That will give you a good idea of what range your fall into.
