I have a very busy schedule, i often have to sleep really late and wake up really early to get to school.

I have physical ed classes once a week but i don't think it's enough because i don't even sweat or exert energy in it.

I'm sick of sit ups 'cause 'one, I'm lazy and two, I've tried it and it doesn't work.

My problem area is my lower abs, it has a bump and i want to get rid of it fast probably by December.

I eat a LOT! It's not usually a problem because I don't seem to get fat but I think I'm beginning to gain weight now. My stomach gets really big after I eat. I usually eat a lot of carbohydrates like rice and not much protein.

any suggestions???? Really need help, I've been trying to get flat abs since i was in 6th grade.

I'm not saying I don't want to do exercises, I just don't want to do sit-ups. I'm willing to try other exercises you can think of.

Try the Flat Stomach Diet to get rid of a bloated stomach. Its for people who are more or less the right weight but have a big swollen stomach. Even if you do hundreds of crunches etc a day your stomach won’t go flat if you suffer from bloating. Its a diet to reduce yeast which causes that blown up feeling in most people. Get it from ebay or www.flatstomachplan.com. There’s a full list of foods that contain yeast and its really easy to follow. It takes about 3-5 days to see results and it works!

well it won't happen without some sort of crunch.. u could always go with silicon implants.. i have considered them but it a little too much.. and a strict diet my help a lot.. those abs are there.. the shape u want but covered.. get your stomach super flat and hten u might only need to do a couple crunches to bring them out a bit

Flat abs come from well toned muscle. You cannot get that without exercise.

sorry cant get abs without working out.

try some leg lifts or crunches. do cardio work to burn the fat on top of the lowr abs. no matter how defined the abs are if theres fat on top you cant see them

Sorry there is no easy fix. If you want flat abs. you are going to have to do the work.

Do the reverse sit up; Lie on your back put both legs together
hold you arms under the couch and slowly bring your legs up
until your toes point towards the roof.
