not when it's consumed in reasonable quantities. fruits are nothing but beneficial to the health when consumed in moderation. much better to eat an orange than drink orange juice but if you do get it with full pulp. the fiber from the pulp decreases the glycemic effect.

Orange juice is high in sugar but it's also full of vitamin C and potassium. You would probably benefit more from eating an orange, since you'd be getting volume and fiber along with the calories.Of course, if you just drink one glass a day, there's no harm in it. And it's a much better choice than soda.

all fruit juices taht are from concentrate are bad due to the sugar. to get your vitamins i would recommend eating fresh fruit. the canned fruits and juices give you teh vitamins but don't help the waistline. If you want juice, squeeze it.

but get 100% natural and it still has a lot of sugar but its natural! so its good
