I started taking multivitamins today just to see what it does to my body. I'm wondering if they cause weight gain. Is it necessary to take multivitamins?

Whatever info you've seen about weight gain taking a multi is plain stupid. If your diet is right you don't even need to take one. NO...weight gain taking a multivitamin.

No they won't cause weight gain...they are really designed for those who eat poorly most of the time..if your diet is garbage go ahead and take them they might help a little..but beware that some vitamins can cause health problems with prolonged usage...

Hi

Vitamins are very essential part of our diet.

Most of them are WATER soluble and any excess are excreted in the urine.

So we could take them and we never put on weight.
