I only got about 4 hours of sleep last night and I have a big day at school today. Please give me some fast tips on how to wake up besides drinking coffee!

Shower, Coffee, or Power Drinks. Within time your body will adjust, you will wake up fully within a few hours. I often have insomnia. Trust me, you be fine and you more than likely sleep well tonight.

Have a really cold shower and try eating some apples (works for me.)

lift weights, eat apples, drink a red bull or rock star
