Don't eat after 6 pm. No snacks and no junk drinks like pop.
Fruit juice or V8 is good.
Eat Lots of fruits and vegtables.
an hour Walking is best exercise.
Dont worry your only young but take your time to do it right its not going happen over night.
Take your daily muilt-vitamin everyday.
