oops, none, all the other will be empty calories, even the so called juices (and a lot of sugar). Even fresh juices! If it's that bad, try adding fresh lemon juice into it (squeeze some lemon in water).

You can drink iced tea or water with lots of ice and lemon in it. I'm not too keen on drink mixes because of the additives. Studies have shown that additives in our food have caused obesity, alzheimers, and many other problems.

Don't listen to wizzards_23 above.. He is a just nurse who lacks the training to offer more educated advice. There are no double blind randomized clinical trials that link additives to conditions like Alzheimers. If wizzards_23 does offer advice, he will just copy it off e-medicine like he has already done. This is why you don't seek medical advice from nurses. They are glorified techs who couldn't get into medical school.

you can get the crystal light packets that mix right into bottled water. I also like green tea without any sugar.

I agree with mattdrew. I was going to mention Crystal Light but he beat me to it.
