I swear by this one move!!!! It is from Pilates.
Lay on your side and support your head and neck with one hand,
Put the foot of you top leg on the floor in front of the other leg,
Slide your foot up toward your knee and grasp with your hand to keep it in place (It will be awkward at first but you'll get used to it!),
Lift your bottom leg a few inches off the floor and rotate your ankle so your toes are pointing toward the floor (this is what isolates that particular muscle),
Lift and lower your leg 15 times, roll over and do the other side!

Eat muesli two hours before doing exercises to boost fat burning whilst you train. Slow to digest, muesli takes longer to have through your system, so is less likely to end up turned into fat and still will give you a good energy boost.
