Print pictures of what? Belly's? Fat? Exercises? I don't understand your question.
There is no such thing as "target" weight loss. You can do all the sit ups you want but unless your overall body fat is lowered your new stomach muscles will hide behind your same belly fat.
The magic secret is to eat healthy and exercise. Find something you love that you can make a permanent part of your life.
