I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

No, I think that's still fine. It's about the most for your age though. An adult of your height can weigh up to about 8 1/2 stone.

Stones is a/b the same as 14 lbs. So you weigh a/b 112 lbs. That is a healthy weight. I used a BMI calculator or two different sites, and they both said you have a healthy weight. YAY!

don't compare yourself with skinny super model out there. If you think that you need to loose the weight because you would like to feel better than do it. Not because everybody said so.
You are only 14 and will have question like this so many times later in your life. So I hope you realize what is the different between the right one and the wrong one (starving yourself, puking, etc)
Good luck.

I would think not. Better to have a little weight rather than be wasting away. Just make sure you eat plenty of fruit and vedg and let nature do the rest!

If you go to a chemist they have machines that way you according to your body frame, height, age and build . It gives you an average of what you should be and what you actually are. This will probably be a better guideline for you.
