but now I am down to 165. The bike is no option to give up and there is no public transportation.

It is simple to just gain weight. Now gaining the right weight muscle, that is completely different.

To gain muscle weight you are going to need to eat a little more calories then your are burning-up (that is how you gain weight). These extra calories should come primarily in the form of protein (maybe Whey Protein Shakes - there is a lot more about nutrition you should probably take upon yourself to learn).

The next very important part of gaining the right weight would be Resistance Training (weight training). You would be best training your whole body twice per week all major muscle groups (as Arnold say you must rest each mucsle group at least 72 hours - the rest is as important as the training, other wise it could be counter productive by over training).

The training you do should be eased into, when after training a couple of weeks, you need to do the first couple sets for each muscle group as warm-up sets. Then sets after the warm-up sets should be done to failure between 6 and 12 repetitions per set to failure. You should not over do the sets, you should not do more than 4 set to failure after the 2 warm-up sets. Keep in mind one of the most important parts of Training Hard for gaining weight is avoiding injury, so while your training to failure you need side a little on the conservative side, listen to your body.

Good Luck - This is how it is done the right way.

Increase calories!
since you cannot decrease energy spent riding (maybe gas is too high$$). Figure out how many calories are burned by your bike riding and standing ..balance the two numbers.
get yourself a paperback book that lists calories per food item. For your life prior to bike riding you were eating the amount and kinds of food to maintain your weight..but with the added exercise you need to increase calories consumed or the energy used riding bike will eat up the weight you already have. goal is to decide that perfect balance once again. A doctor will help or maybe just a friend who will work the math with you..I would encourage you to increase your Protein rather than carbohydrates but either one will increase weight gain. Wise to consider these things before illness or cold weather hits this winter. good luck

I admire you for going to work in a bike, because it does not pollute.
See people?? This is what I call a good example. If all the people done this, we wouldn't be hearing about global warming or anything like that.
I think you should not try to eat meat like chicken or cow meat or anything that makes you fat rather than gain weight without getting fat, but you could try and eat lots of fish which has great proteins, and good source of Omega 3. Which also helps you gain weight.

This is a good problem. At least you are getting a good cardio workout everyday.

To gain wait, you now need a weight lifting program to gain muscle. On top of that, you need to eat more lean protein sources. Giving your bike riding, good amount of COMPLEX carbs is a good idea. Plenty of rice, pasta, wraps, etc....

Start eating high protein foods like chicken, eggs.
Eat before you go to bed...right before. You're burning a ton of calories on the bike and you're not putting anything back so that's why you're losing weight.
Start putting more calories into your body than you're taking out and you'll gain weight.

Try protien powder and creatine, however only if you have already tried eating a lot of regular protien through steaks, beef, ect. And only if you have tried normal sources of creatine such as eggs, fish, ect.

If you take them do not take more then the bottle says to, and drink a lot of water.

Aerobic exercises are no way to gain weight. Do pushups. Or just try eating, that worked for the obese 65% of Americans.
