it's really hard for me to tolerate the tast of water. my tongue demands some flavor so i usually drink juice and sodas, but i still need to flatten my tummy. so could tea as replacement work?

If I eat oatmeal and fruits for lunch and breakfast, why can't I eat pizza, cookies and other junk foods ? I eat little fat and calories for lunch and breakfast and it's all about the calories right???

I was at a friends house the other night and saw a piece of workout equipment that my boyfriend would love, but I'm not sure how to find it. The bar was heavy and had a handle on each end. You could push in the handles and they would extend about 6 inches on each side. The middle of the bar was flexible and you could bend it, but not easily due to the resistance in the bar. Thanks for your your help!
