You are perfect at 115 pounds. You could even stand to gain a little. On the news last night they said that people who are actually 10 to 20lbs overweight (which you are not) are better able to resist disease. I think if you are eating healthy and excercising around 30 minutes per day whatever weight your body settles at is a good weight for you. Remember girls that get too thin are usually not healthy and look sickly. Girls who are normal with no bones showing are more attractive.

If you don't actually NEED to lose the weight your body isn't going to lose it. Why the magic number of losing 13 pounds?

Definitely cutting the junk food and eating healthier will help. The cardio is also fantastic, maybe try lifting a little bit of weight to help build the muscle to burn the fat.

Bottom line though... if you stick to the above and your body needs to lose the weight you could do it in 8 weeks. BUT if you don't need to lose the weight you won't and shouldn't.

going from a healthy weight to a technically underweight will be very hard, your body will be very resistant to getting rid of that fat. Not to mention if you stick to your leg lifts and crunches you should be picking up muscle mass. I would say you can do this in four months, but it will not be easy, and it will go very slow. Your workout seems sufficent, depending on the intensity of the cardio

It's a great thing that your are toning as you are planning to lose a few pounds. One of the best things that I have found to work really well, is walking. You can try running if you prefer to do so. But always remember to drink lots and lots of water. They're are two ways of releasing fat from the body: your sweat glans and well,,,,the bottem end.... Water also helps speed up/breaking down fat. Good luck!

It depends on how much and what you eat, and on your natural metabolism. Loosing 13 LB in 4 months is doable and perfectly healthy, assuming you NEED to loose that much weight.

It's concerning to me that you've picked a magic number (103 lbs) and a specific deadline (March). Both of those are symptoms of eating disorders.

You should see a docotor to determine a truly healthy weight for you.
