I already know they are unhealthy but I have no other choice

this will detoxify the body and shed extra pounds. you will continue to lose if you eat right after doing this.

for two days.....

breakfast should be 1/8 of cantalope
lunch cantalope with raw green salad veggies and cooked protein
snack raw green veggies
dinner cantalope and raw green veggies with cooked proteins (steak, ect)
snack raw green veggies and cantalope.

plus 1/4 teaspoon morton lite salt (for potassium~put on meat)

and 64 ounces of water.

no caffine, and lots and tons of veggies and water.

After the two days, you have to eat well and drink water.
DO NOT DO THIS ALL THE TIME. It will work, but not to lose 10 lbs. There is nothing you can do to lose 10 lbs in a week.

The only thing that will fall on a crash diet is your health. Any weight you lose will come back with interest on crash diets.

Do you mean you need to get in shape or lose weight? If it's just lose weight, DONT exercise. You're going to gain muscle weight. The only thing i can say is try to eat as little as you can. Just water and salads. Going vegan (No animal products at all, like eggs milk or meat) could also help.

the result of a crash diet is always the same. the weight loss is temporary, and you train your body to starve. Your metabolism will be lowered and it will be that much harder for you to lose weight in the future.

1-2 lbs a week is all you can really expect to lose.

Why do you have no other choice? See a physical trainer and nutritionist and get good, medical advice.

If you starve your body, it goes into "starvation mode" and begins to hang on to every fat cell it can. Be very careful!

only water to drink, fruit, cabbage soup diet, walk 90 minutes per day.

I think this is so unhealthy, if you don't exercise, you will just gain it back and maybe more.
