I am 5'2 and weigh about 200lbs. and am 37, what is a good way to lose weight? I have been drinking SlimFast in the a.m., eating a normal lunch, then drinking SlimFast again for dinner. I have also been walking about an hour and a half every day. What else can I do to help the weight come off faster? I have a very bad back, but would like to do some form of home aerobics. I live in a VERY small town so going to a gym is out of the question (the closest one is 2 hours away!). I only drink water,water,water. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

I buy a special formula vitamin/mineral from the gym. HAve used it for four years. I am an endurance athlete and my energy level is fine, my diet is very healthy. AM i wasting my money or is a high quality vitamin a good investment?

Im 16 years old, its summer time im pretty athletic. In order for me to do something, i need a schedule. And i dont know what to do unless a coach or someone tells me what to do. I have no access to gyms but i have 20 pound dumb bells. Any running, cals, excercises recommend i should do in order to gain muscle, lower body fat percent and hopefully gain a more defined six pack =)

Ha I know that sounds weird, but I used to be really overweight and slimmed down to a very skinny size, but the thing that sucks is my chest seems to be sagging down like 2 or 3 inches more than it should. Also have some loose skin on my belly and the back of my arms. Is there certain exercises, weight lifting, etc I can do to fix these?(ESPECIALLY MY CHEST)

.........how many hours should I exercise total, each a different exercise in 45 minutes, maximum? You know, there is a certain thing called exercising anorexia and I don't want to get anywhere near that.
