I was wondering if there is any way i can change the day that i get my shopping list and menues. I now receive them on Wed. but would like to receive them on Mon. Could someone please let me know. Thanks!!!

I started a very physical job about 4 months ago and since then have stayed at the same weight but the muscles in my arms, shoulders, legs and chest are signifigantly bigger. I have always been told that muscle weighs more than fat so how is this possible? I should mention that I am 6'0 and weigh 145 so I am pretty skinny.

Why is it that when we go for a hike or do some other kinds of exercise, our fingers swell up to the point that it is hard to remove a ring or even to clench the fingers into a fist? What is happening in the body that causes this? I wouldn't think it is dehydration (which anyway seems like it should cause the opposite of swelling) because when you rest for a while the swelling goes away, even if you don't drink anything.

I'm normally extremely active, but this is going to force me to basically sit on the couch and rest. I will also be working (as an intern,) I am 16 years old... but one of my goals this summer was to get into even better shape, which I had planned to accomplish through even more running than usual. Since I won't be able to run, I suppose this won't be the end of the world, since I haven't given myself a break basically all year, but now what should I do? How can I lose weight and get into better shape... ideas for meals, etc. I'm eat fairly healthfully as is, but what should I preoccupy myself with now that I can't run? Can I still lose weight even without being able to exercise, so that my ankle can heal? Please help.... it is GREATLY appreciated!

I have recently lost over 30 lbs. It took me two months to get to this point and I plan on going for some more. Losing weight is one of those things that you just have to talk to people about. I have found that in confiding with family and friends I get a kind of snide stand-offish response. Whats up with this?! I thought they would be happy for me! Any thoughts on this?

i have tried to exercise and lost weight several times. but i always lost my determination n selfconfidence that i can do it. i am 25 yrs gal and want to lost 15kg in 3 mths. i going to attend exercise classes in abt 2 weeks time. but i am worried i will leave it halfway. how can i gain by self confidence n determination that i can do it. whats wrong wif me?

I'm a 14 year old girl, not extremly athletic - I have a good body build for paddling (broad sholders). but I need some good streches that will strech my arms, mid - back, neck, ect. before and after I paddle.

A note about paddling is that when you paddle is you don't only use your arms but your entire body.
