What is your age???

Generally you gain weight because of fats deposits, just dissolve them. How?

People go for losing weight by pills or starving.

Pills do not act effectively and for longer durations. Pills have many side effects for your health.

Starving weakens you and your defense system is also weakened. This makes you less resistant against infactions and other diseases.

The best way is to lose weight by change of diet and your physical activities.

1. Reduce or stop to take oils and fats.
2. Stop taking sugar and glucose. (Mainly tea, coffee & cold drinks.
3. Stop taking potato, rice.
4. Reduce wheat and corn as much as possible.

Take vegitables, boiled meat, fruits (even sweet).

And at the top of all:

Walk at least 40 to 60 minutes twice a day.

You will start losing weight to the extent of daily difference.

Drop no more than 2 lbs. a week. Once you start doing more than this your loosing muscle and water. Muscle is metabolically active.( It burns fat even at rest.) Eat 5-6 small meals with protein at each one. Last two of the day cut way back on the carbohydrates. Carbs before bedtime slows your natural growth hormone release. A safe rule for protein is 1gram per pound od body weight so if you weigh 180 divide by your amount of meals, say 5 and you get 30grams per meal.

You sound like someone that weight trains. Resistance training is more important than aerobics ( This will make me popular!) it keeps your Basal Metabolic Rate up from approximately 18 hours. Aerobics burns as much muscle as fat.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

Hydroxycut will make cuts and define that muscle use glutamine to keep the muscle.. you lose muscle when you starve this causes your muscles to cannibalize itself.. avoid fats starches fake oleo and foods refined crap.. you could lose water weight but this may affect electrolytes and heart rhythm. so.. light weight of repetitions will burn weight verses heavy lifting with heavy weight which increase volume of body muscles and weight. biking is good.. keep water and potassium levels up. ( gatorade stuff like that don't skip meals bu for one u Can replaces a healthy protein shake i suggest the dinner one as we get less active at night verses breakfast time and lunch when we use energy more. cut down carbs a bit. read a flex mag as well they got best answers

Totally eliminate carbs. Bread, potatoes, corn, rice, and of course, all pastries, cookies, ice cream, chocolate, soda. Eat nothing but beans, lean meats (chicken and turkey breasts, any fish), green veggies and salads, and only a little fruit (no mangoes or bananas). No butter. A little olive oil, some lemon juice, or vinegar, for seasoning. It WILL work if you're also working out.

If you want to retain muscle mass you have to eat more smaller meals in a day (like five) and stick to proteins and non-sugar fruits and vegetables for other nutrients. See a nutritionist to have a meal plan worked out specifically for you.

Good luck.

ugh...well go on the low carb diet for one week and then do the three hour diet the rest of the time...i dont recommend high protien diets too often because of the damage to the liver..thats why you just do it one week to start losing wt....then excercise at least an hour every other day.....good luck....maybe you want to drop your goal to 8 lbs in one month...(the safest wt loss is 1 lb every week)
