I need to know how much i can eat of each thing and water and juice added to it. I weight 185 and am 5'3". Thank you for your help. I have been exercising some and drinking water also but i need a diet to follow so i can lose this weight, i have only lost 8 lbs since the beginning of the year and need a detailed eating plan to help me lose a little more since it is coming off so slow! Thank you, i do appreciate your help!

I love my bf very much. We have been together for 3 years... He gained alot of weight. I have spoken to him about this but he is not serious enough. I have suggested we go gym together. But no luck! Any suggestions... he really works hard and fast food seems to be inevitable

Ok I am male 20 5' 11' 149 and I have allergies, weak strength asthma and lose self-esteem. Now what would happen if I build my lungs up worked out to the paint where I gain maybe 10 lbs if I am lucky, and just over all get healthier? I want to know what would happen to my allergies mainly as I try to become fit. In addition, how would I make my lungs better so that I can actually swim sense when I try I can’t hold my breath long enough.

i found some information that said urine therapy can be used to lose weight. like fasting on just urine and water. does that work? would you just gain the weight back after you started eating again?

I am 16 and and I weight 160 pounds. I am 6' tall. I lift 3 days a week and run the other 2. Usually I don't eat much, but I feel hungry most of the time. I just don't want to put on fat because I feel good with my physique. I NEVER eat chocolates or candy of any kind.

I am 18 years old and weigh 115lbs and my height is 174cm. I have been scrawny and underweight since forever. I was a bit anorexic in a past month but i got over that but as a consequence I have lost 14lbs. The above mentioned weight is my current weight.

Can anyone help me with a diet plan? I am from Pakistan so it would be really appreciated if someone keeps that in mind....and suggest Indian or Pakistani foods. Other foods will also work.
