I am 18 years old and weigh 115lbs and my height is 174cm. I have been scrawny and underweight since forever. I was a bit anorexic in a past month but i got over that but as a consequence I have lost 14lbs. The above mentioned weight is my current weight.
Can anyone help me with a diet plan? I am from Pakistan so it would be really appreciated if someone keeps that in mind....and suggest Indian or Pakistani foods. Other foods will also work.

I recommend:
-Eat lots of healthy foods
-Go see a physical therapist. They will help you improve the strength of your body evenly and safely.
-Pick up a sport or activity that uses your whole body in many different ways and is intense. Martial arts, gymnastics, and rock climbing are three excellent choices that come to mind.

eat after six and go to MC Donal's for days straight and eat a super sized double Decker Burger and eat candy and junk food but exercise though and dint get overweight eat junk once in a while and don't get addicted to the burgers

Eat fast food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

first of all force on milk n bananas wel nowdays its qutie hot so avoid 2 eat eggs. n eat black channa soaked in water overnight it also helps a lot in gaining water. so jst try this 4 a week n u wil see d result .
