it doesn't really matter what you eat, do you have high matabolism. if you really want to know if you are in good healthy weight, get your body fat measured. if you are over 22%, then you are fat. you should be around 12% or around there.

From the sounds of it your weight is fine. With the activities that you do plus your height, you should be perfect. You shouldn't be so worried about your weight. your weight is not what is the biggest factor in being fat or not. Its your BMI (Body Mass Index) in Other words how much body fat you have. If you are serious into lifting, you should check out BMI Calculators and Keep track of your water weight. but for a Male, 16, 6' Tall, 160 lbs. that would give you a BMI of about 21%. Which is very healthy. Good work.! :)

Consider moderation in all things. Chocolates have really good supplies of certain antioxidants and total elimination may not be as good as you might suspect. Its good to have those feelings of well being that you state you have, and more over moving into various means of achieving those can help to develop a diversity that will serve you well all of your life.
But your question, It sounds like a good fighting, running weight.
You represent yourself as healthy and with a healthy life style, However it is hard to say what is a proper weight, for there are numerous body types, Mesomorph etc. Hope this helps.!?

Right now, if these measurements are correct, your BMI is 68%. That's in the healthy range for a guy your age. So your in a good range, you could be misinterpreting your thirst as hunger. That's a common mistake. If you feel hungry, eat a healthy snack, something organic, organic carrots or fruit are a good option. If your really hungry, eat something. Not eating is more damaging to your body....

At 16 your metabolism is lightning fast!
160 and 6' tall is skinny.
You need to give you body fuel for all your activities. Trust your body's instincts - if your hungry, eat! The key is to choose to eat healthier, natural foods rather than processed, calorie-laden products.
Denying your body the nutrition it needs and working out more than necessary out of a fear of becoming fat is called anorexia, and it is becoming more and more common in males.
My son is 15, 5'7" and weighs around 140 and he is thin and muscular and he EATS and EATS and EATS. He plays basketball all the time, plus does workouts to improve his performance in the games. I do wish he would eat a higher percentage of healthy foods, but he is better than most kids.

I think that if you feel good about yourself and you're physically feeling okay, then you ought not to worry. However, you're 16 and need a lot of fuel to keep your mind/body going. Your metabolism is pretty high it sounds like.
If you're lifting and running, you'll need extra fuel.
Here's a site to go to that has a lot of info...

If you lift 3 days a week, and run two, and you don't see any visible fat, SCREW THAT SCALE!!!!!!!! Just worry about your definition, and fat/muscle ratio.
