Hi,
If it fits in your overall diet and or nutrition plan there is nothing wrong with 2% milk. The subject of milk and health in general is another question. In my opinion, we don't need milk. If you like it and it is consistent with your overall nutrition go for it.

All milk is good for you. The percentage number refers to how fatty the milk is. 2% isn't the fattiest, but it's not the leanest, either. Skim tastes great and you don't feel guilty about calories.

It's relay the best milk percentage, for everyone. It dos not create a thick mucus in your throat. If you have ever had problems with your throat,Are congest en,whole milk will make it much worse.

2% milk is good for you. It's lower in fat content than whole or 3% but has some fat in it as upposed to skim or 1%. Yes, a little fat is good for you. I've drank it all my life! Plus milk is good for you.

I drink 2% or less % fat, because of the need to reduce cholesterol, so if your cholesterol is high it is better than whole milk.
