Health Food Stores are your best bet for buying low-fat muffins.

RegularGrocery Stores often don't have any healthy muffins.

It is good that you are thinking of this ~ did you know that a single muffin can contain as much as 40 grams of fat?

Try your local grocery store's bakery department. Mine has some and it's not even a very big store. Or make your own and use applesauce where it calls for oil.

Have you tried McDonalds, Second Cup??? Have you tried making them??? Just use less sugar or try using some artificial sweetener.
