It is an awesome healthy thing because of the bacteria :) It's really a very healthy bacteria (think penicillin and bleu cheese) and it will help to cut down on any fungal infections (especially yeast infections and it's a must during antibiotic use for little girls!) and for digestion, it can't be beat! Any child with a predisposition for being lactose intolerant will not suffer the consequences of all that calcium intake if the intake is cultured yogurt. The bacteria from cultured yogurt is a very healthy one that can help the body balance itself in many ways, so don't be concerned.

JulianTreidiii is dangerously ignorant, as too much of anything can be problematic when you're talking about a 22 month old. Considering the size of your child, 2-3 yogurt servings per day could be the equivalent of 10-20 per day for an adult. (not sure what serving size we're talking about, but you get the idea)
"If 1 dose of vitamins is good, then 10 doses must be great!" That kind of logic will give you diarrhea in a heartbeat.

All things in moderation continues to be sound advice, and that applies in this case. Yogurt is a healthy treat, but keep in mind that your baby can only take in so much food each day, and too much of one thing can leave too little room for something else.

Bring it up during your baby's next checkup. When it comes to your baby's health, better to get advice from a professional, right?

No, it's not a bad thing. The bacteria are actually "good bacteria." However, if your child is only eating yogurt, that might be a bad thing.

No the bacteria is good for them. It can he very helpful to their dietary tract. Usually by the time a child is 24 months it is safe to give them the foods that were taboo in earlier months. Always be careful with regular allergens of course: nuts, etc.

No, it's a good thing because of the bacteria. They help with digestion. Live cultures would be best. Try to find ones without BGH (bovine growth hormone/BST/Bovine SomataTropin). Cascade brand would be really good--it is fruit juice sweetened and has live, active cultures. The biggest concern would be the amount of sugar in some brands.
