i'm kind of fat, but not really. i'm tall and i'm a bit overweight for my height but not that much. even so, i have stretch marks around my hips and stomach. i really don't know why, i know 3945687 people that are waay bigger than me that don't have even a trace of them. and here i am wanting to be as normal as possible and yet now i have to motivation to loose weight because now i'll never be able to wear a bikini or anything like that. why do you think this is?

i want to lose some weight this summer...hopefully like 140 by a year or so...and i was wondering if the stretched marks faded or went away after you lost all the weight? how was you body like? is it good to be the normal size?

i run 3 miles a day and dont eat over 3000 calories. this has been my routing for 7 years now and im 390 pounds. i do have excellect cholesterol and good blood pressure but i never loose weight.

i weigh 120 and i used to weigh 180 three weeks ago. the reason i think i might be anorexic is because i hardly ever eat, i am always hiding food under my bed untill my parents go to sleep, then i throw it away, and when i do eat i purge, i try to avoid food as much as possible. what should i do??

yea its the 15 yr old again well heres my story... i used to be semi fit i used to excercise and play football almost everyday. Then i stopped workin out and everythin wernt downhill from there. 2 weeks ago i started to workout again and i stopped becuz i just have nothin to motivate me. I REALLY want to get back in shape but i just cant. My determination for wantin to be fit can only last for so long (in my case about a week and a half) so my question is What motivates u to work out? and Wat is a good diet that help u lose weight and gain muscle?

o and another question. Wat excersise targets like ur lower abs? cuz no matter how many situps or crunches i do i always feel a real burn in my upper abs.

If I have a different type of exercise (weights, bicycling, etc.) every 45 minutes? If it's too much, how many hours of exercising a day would be the maximum, so you wouldn't come even close to exercising anorexia? And if it is too much, CHILL, I didn't start any routine of exercising that much yet. I want your opinion first. Also, do you have any tips of exercising? Of any type? I am quite inexperienced.

i've been "off" sugar for about 4 weeks now, but I still get these awful cravings and I don't know what to do to make them go away. I usually just drink a ton of water when I'm feeling the craving. I know they've said sugar is like a drug, but now I believe them! btw, I'm not "quitting" sugar for weight management, as I am not over-weight and I am very happy with my body. I am more quitting it because I know it's not good for me, and I hate being addicted to something.

any suggestions on what to make the cravings go away?

I'm a 49 yr old women trying to get more excercise and just started riding for the first time since I was a kid. I've tried to adjust the handlebars up but seem to have hit the max. And I hate to lower the seat any as it seems to be just right. I'm having a hard time motivating myself to ride and this neck pain makes a pretty good excuse to stay on the couch, ha!

Any ideas?
