My Opinion, ( CHOICE)

I Don't Eat None Of It.

I'm A Vegetarian,

Since I Was Very Young.

I Don't Knock Those That Do,

Its Just Been My Choice For Years,

I Been A Vegetarian For Over 16 Years.

My husband is bi-polar with panic attack disorder. In order to control this without medication, we use no beef, no pork, no sugar. I have found many creative ways to use ground turkey and there are alot of good recipes out there. I can make anything sweet using Splenda instead of sugar. Not only has my husband leveled off, but, to my surprise, I have lost 50 lbs without even trying.

Chicken and seafood are alot better for you than beef and pork. It is leaner and there are not so many things that will clog your arteries. At first, for about a month, we missed the beef, but not anymore. Give it a try. You just might like the results.

NOT a good idea. Pork and beef has protein, protein gives you metabolism and gives u the strenght to work out. U SHOULD be eating pork and beef and chicken n other meats. It wont make u fat. just make sure u dont eat the fat. U should try to stay away from white bread, because it has lots of carbs. If you're active, u can eat a good amount of carbs because you're going to burn it off when u work out. But if youre not working out, dont eat that much carbs.

i lost 40lbs in 2 months. eat meat, u need it, its good for u. to tell u the truth, its healthier than white bread. Those ppl in here telling u that meat has carbs is crap. there is NO carbs in meat, that's why ppl who do low carb diets eat meat n no bread.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

For religious reasons - maybe. No beef for me, I don't want to eat a mad cow! Do you? Are you trying to cut back? Ummm pork! Can't give up on that one. Here pork chops come here.... =o)

Eliminating ANYTHING from your diet ENTIRELY is not a good plan. Unless ofcourse, you're allergic to it.

The healthiest diet is one that is extremely diversified.
Eat as many different things as you can but in small portions.

There is something in EVERYTHING that your body needs.

Pork is good for your nervous system.
Beef is high in iron and protein...B12. You need it for muscle growth and your heart(it's a muscle).

Any doctor would tell you that.

I have never heard of such a diet,but both pork and beef have a large amount of fat calories in it so cutting it out your diet couldn't hurt. :):)

people who don't eat this don't necessarily live longer, they just don't catch a lot of diseases and get bad health and a higher risk of heart problems like people who do. eating this meat is good, but too much of eating there fat can be, along with eating too much of other unhealthy things like some sugars, oils, fats, and trans fatty acids just to name a few. so maybe it is good for you, if they have some proteins in their diet like fish, chicken, nuts, and beans. then again I'm only a kid, what do i know...absolutely nothing that is worthy of reading by an adult. because adults are smarter and i don't know nothing. all I'm writing is a bunch of stuff i made up. so don't listen to it I'm just wasting your time. just read an adults stuff because if you listen to me than my information might screw people up.

no beef is whats for dinner and with out pork there would be no brats and thats just crazy

No I have tried it.it sucks.You don't loose any wieght.unless the only thing you eat is pork and beef.
