Only thing I can think of (besides the course of nature) is using inversion products. Hanging upside down using an inversion table or gravity boots (which you can buy at fitness stores) is mean't to take the pressure off your spine by reversing the effects of gravity. In doing so, the spine elongates. The main purpose is to help people with bad backs. There are many benefits of this method and one of the side effects is that you will get a little taller. Its going to take a while and you'll only (maybe) gain 1/8th of an inch or so. Best I can tell ya.

there is nothing natural..

there are some major steroids (that they give to children with growth problems.. these also cause muscular problems, weight gain and overall weakness)

plus there is a drastic and i mean DRASTIC surgery where they break your tibia and fibia and then insert a metal ring so that the bone has to grow OVER it this is usually about 1/4-1/2" at a time they only do one leg at a time and it is VERY VERY painfull.....

learn to embrace being short.... im 5'1 (hence how i know about the bone breaking thing.. my cuz had cancer as a little girl so thats how i know about the growth hormones -steroids)

Just wait. You grow your into your own self as you get older. Once you hit puberty then you start growing like a weed! Don't worry, you'll get taller! Honest.

There's not really much you can do about your height, sorry. Although some people have to get growth hormones from their doctor if they're not growing fast enough, but that's only for extreme measures such as a hormone imbalance and only for young kids.

if you are young, try basketball, or any activity that involves jumping. if you are older, then the truth is you cant get taller no matter what. if anything, you would be getting shorter! Most people consider 20 and younger young enough. Good luck!

It all has to do with puberty.
You can't do anything to make your body develop faster. Of course, you should eat a nutritious diet, exercise, and get enough sleep. But special diets, dietary supplements, or creams won't do anything to make normal puberty happen quicker.

But some unhealthy things can interfere with development. Steroids, like those used for bodybuilding, can shrink testicles (and lead to breast development) in guys and shrink breasts, disrupt menstrual cycles, and cause excessive hair growth in girls. (Steroids can cause other serious health problems, too.) Girls who have eating disorders or who exercise compulsively may delay their development and hurt their health. A number of medical conditions can also delay puberty and development.
