Im thinking of buying one , and was wondering what anyone thought of it , and if It will help shed those few extra pounds im having getting off by regular working out. Its on sale at target , And I dont want to spend anything over 100 , so thats why I picked his equipment

You will probably use it for a few times and get bored with it! Those Ab Lounges are good and they can be bought at Wal Mart,Target etc. You should look into buying a mountain bike for great excercise and you will get hooked. You can expect to pay $300 for a good mountain bike and make sure it doesn't have the hand grip shifter but a trigger shifter and look for good brakes such as disc brakes. I understand you dont wanna pay over $100 but if you get a good mountain bike you will stay with it and you will be happy you made the right choice. Those Ab Lounges work great and they are under $100 and you can always do some hiking at parks close to your home. You can also try finding used mountain bikes on craigslist.org for your own city as well as used excercise equipment!

I don't personally have one, but a friend of mine bought one, and said that it wasn't all that, and that it began giving trouble really quickly.
Be careful of what you buy. Do a Consumer's Report comparison.

Not sure about it actually working on losing weight but I do know it will help make your hair grow long into a ponytail that you can wear through your baseball cap and look real dorky!

I have one. Its not that great. I have to use it for like 30 minutes to even notice that im doing anything and it gets boring fast.

no, it is crap... don't believe that you can lose pounds from those info-mercial excercise equipment. the best thing you can do is watch wat you eat and take a walk!
