Well, it is unfortunate for you that you don't like to exercise. Regular exercise with a good diet is best for everyday life. Since you don't like to exercise, here is what you can do. Make sure that you are eating good nutritional foods, foods that high in saturated fats will not do. You don't have to starve to eat good, but watch what it is that you eat. Stay away from fast foods.

Walking is a great form of exercise that helps burn fat, and you can have fun doing it. Take you and your baby and dog if you have one, and your significant other for afternoon walks through your park or neighborhood.

Another option is liposuction. This is the easy way out, but is costly and painful. You should try to make some form of exercise a regular part of your life. You will feel better and have more energy.

Also if you enjoy bicycling or swimming, these activities are great ways to also lose weight and have fun.

Workout equipment such as a treadmill or a bicycle are also some suggestions. Find activities to do, and spend more time away from the couch.

Good Luck

My girlfriend is on a diet and has been able to keep off 50 pounds for two years so far. Here is how it goes. Limit as much as possible all the carb intake, rice, potatoe, flour etc..Eat small meals, do not eat after 7pm. no exceptions!!! Eat fruits and nuts in between meals it will speed up your metabolism. Do not eat candy, cut down all sugar intake because of the carbs. If you are going to eat chocalate eat the dark one. Drink water, seltzer, half and half milk and gatorade instead of juice, soda and whole milk they are very fattening!!! Reward yourself every month with a special gift when you see yourself loosing weight such as a new cd or a new scent. Hope this helps I am a witness that it works for her!

Try to do physical activities that will stimulate your baby's mind while you get your needed exercise. I would recommend a walk somewhere new every day and also, now that it's summer; maybe even swim lessons for the baby. Do physical things that you will enjoy and not view as tedious exercise.

Walk. Start with 5 minutes a day if that's all you can do. Drink lots and lots of water - its amazing how much of weight gain can be due to caloric beverages. Work up your time on the walks slowly - its easy exercise and after awhile you start to actually look forward to it. I was an exercise hater myself.

My suggestion is to start walking and take the baby with you. Try to walk a mile a day with your baby in a stroller and work your way up. You might want to shoot for 3 miles a day. You don't have to walk it all at one time. You can break it up to what is comfortable for you.
In addition you might want to begin lifting weights to built muscles. Muscles burn fat faster. You don't need real heavy ones and you can lift while you watch TV. Good luck.

Try weight watchers, you can eat what you want, just in better quantities. I bet you'll do well. You don't need to do aerobics to lose weight. Just vacuum a few extra minutes. Take your little one in the stroller.

Good luck!
