You don't have to go to the sym, but if you don't include some aerobic activity (even brisk walking) it will be very difficult.
Cut out fried foods completely (after a month you won't miss fries or donuts anymore). Also cut way back on soda, candy and cake.
You can often eat as much as you want, but it has to be the right foods.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Running is the best exercise because it works out almost every muscle in your body. Also, don't eat 4 hours before you go to bed. Your body doesn't have enough time to process the food so it stores EVERYTHING you eat as fat. Try to eat more in the beginning of the day and eat smaller portions by the end of the day. Oh, and drink LOTS of water.

What has worked for me so far is trying to do a little extra walking everyday and cutting back in my portion sizes. I do exercise a few times a week at home, but you could probably incorporate that easily since its summer. I also tend to watch food labels and try to eat more healthy.

Eat healthy and exercise at home try things like crunches,sit-ups,push ups[or girl push ups]and many more.Use your spare time exercising and the weight will drop like WOOH!!!!
