Dont drink so much to start with. Take some asprin and learn from this experiance.

I would start by eating a few slices of white bread , because it will soak up the alcohal in your stomach then a glass of white viniger this will cleans your system and the best advice to you dont drink all it does is make you feel sick later and can cause seriuos addicting problems like becoming an alccoholic and thats no good for you.

Take a tablespoon of natural,real,honey.It burns off the alchol. Trust me,I use to be a bartender.

Have another drink when you wake up, then take a nap. This only works for beer and wine, not for hard liquor.

They say "the hair of the dog that bit you" but in my experience, that hasn't worked.

Sugar water helps a bit, and orange juice might help more.

cold soy milk and a brisk walk in the morning, then a hot shower. seriously, it works every time for me:)
