i want to know that how one can achieve an hor glass figure,how can one maintain as well as lose weight quickly in an easy manner.

Check with your doctor before starting anything new. But the best way to lose weight quickly is a good diet and exercise program. If you're exercising already, then you could try and modify you workout plan. Some need to just increase weight/strength training, some need to increase the number of days, and some need to increase their cardio training. Without knowing what you do now, it's hard to give a suggestion.

Also, make sure you're eating healthy. Avoid diets that eliminate or restrict certain food groups. When you start eating them again, you gain the weight back and then some. Drink 8 -10 8oz glasses of water a day! Your doctor could recommend a health diet.

Also, becareful of diet suppliements. Some help you lose weight quickly, but when you stop taking them, your metabolism decreases and the weight can come back if you aren't doing other things to maintain the increased metabolism the supplement created.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Generally you gain weight because of fats deposits, just dissolve them. How?

People go for losing weight by pills or starving.

Pills do not act effectively and for longer durations. Pills have many side effects for your health.

Starving weakens you and your defense system is also weakened. This makes you less resistant against infactions and other diseases.

The best way is to lose weight by change of diet and your physical activities.

1. Reduce or stop to take oils and fats.
2. Stop taking sugar and glucose. (Mainly tea, coffee & cold drinks.
3. Stop taking potato, rice.
4. Reduce wheat and corn as much as possible.

Take vegitables, boiled meat, fruits (even sweet).

And at the top of all:

Walk at least 40 to 60 minutes twice a day.

You will start losing weight to the extent of daily difference.

it is impossible to lose a large amount of weight in 2-3 weeks. weightloss requires a full lifestyle change-like it or not. try excersizing 3-5 days a week for 30-60 minutes each time, and eat more fruits and vegetables. dont eat prepared frozen foods, eat whole foods like chicken breasts and baked potatoes. cut out refined sugars and eat only whole grain breads. just be healthy and make the right choices. the weight will FALL OFF if you are honestly eating what is HEALTHY.
PS... if you don't eat enough food, your body will cling to the fat that it has and you will GAIN weight.

u have to drink a lot of water about 6 glasses a day..don't eat for late at night at 8 max..and walk a lot everyday about 40min or exercise and try to avoid junk food but u must take the three meals in the day specially the breakfast..don't eat a lot at the one meal and have a little thing between the meals..and hope that will work with u..but be careful not to delete any thing from ur meals like bread....

I drink loads of water (6-8 glasses), exercise first thing in the morning and only eat breakfast and lunch and a little snack for dinner. this does it for me. Weight watchers is good if you have a couple of months. Remember to take a multi-vitamin!
