That sounds interesting...

Really, I just drink water, the helpful thing is just filling up your stomach with any kind of liquid that doesn't have a lot of calories iteself.

It's not the quantity of food that you eat to lose weight, it's the quality. When you have mid-morning munchies, it's because you really are hungry. Your body doesn't lie to you. Try to stay clear of the high-fat, high-sugar, high-carb breakfasts. If you have a donut for breakfast, you'll be hungry again in 30 minutes or so.

Eat plenty of vegetables, lean meats, and fruits. Makes sure that you are drinking plenty of water. Eating healthy, drinking healthy, will keep your heart & your body healthy. Starving yourself won't do anything but hurt you.

Try a protein drink with whey protein isolate and calcium caseinate mixed and flax fiber 10 grams. Fiber and protein slow down your insulin response.the more insulin you secrete the better your body can store calories as bodyfat. Thus, when you eat you don't want to spike your insulin. Fiber fills you up plus when its digested it causes you body to mobilize bodyfat for fuel by breaking down your fatty acid stores. ( This is something we all want to do.) A cranberry drink alone will cause a spike in your insulin unless its sugar free. When you wake up breakfast is a time to feed your body so make a wise decision. Good luck!!!

Try squeezing half of a lemon into a cup of hot water (no sugar, or sugar substitute) and drink that as hot as you can, or try eating a normal portion of All-Bran and follow it at once with as much plain cold water as you can comfortably drink and every time you feel the slightest bit hungry drink another glass of cold water,

Drink sufficient water 10 minutes before your breakfast, lunch and meals and take more fibres in your food and avoid oily foods. Take your breakfast, lunch and meals in 4:2:1 ratio. Even, if you feel hungry take some roasted grains and avoid frequest going in the kitchen. Don't be affraid of appetite or suppress it.

I drink diet pepsi if I'm trying to lose weight as it is calorie free but the sugary taste makes me think I'm having something loaded with calories while the effect of carbonated drinks is to fill you up so you feel less hungary. works for me anyway & yes I do know that water is better for you!

The signals our body send to let us know we are hungry is almost identical to the one sent to tell you you are thirsty. Drink a large glass of water and then see if you are still hungry half hour later. If you are - then just go eat something! If you aren't, it means you was thirsty and have satisfied yourself.

2 pints of cold water a few times a day does the trick usually.

Unfortunately, you have to exercise on a regular basis and eat six small meals a day, to keep your metabolism up. Believe me I am continuously battling with my weight, and all these "fad" diets are money making gimmicks, and you end up fatter than you were before. It is self control, and exercise.
