Eat more...and lift weights so that the extra calories go to building muscle rather than being stored.

It will be impossible for your body NOT to gain weight if you start eating enough calories. Eat GOOD food though and lift. It'll happen.

This site has EXCELLENT weight lifting programs for different goals:

Bulk up muscles. make sure you don't have not hyperthyroidism this is a thyroid problem there could be genetics involved. eat more protein and work out.. use 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight you are now to bulk up then cut back when your weight starts gaining eat bagels with cream cheese or make turkey bagel melts with cheese these are complex long lasting energy carbs not pastries or chips.they will make u gain and be satisfied for fuel. protein makes muscles.. muscles are the heavy body makeup in our body sadly fat does too but you don't want fat you want long lasting muscle which will make u gain.. you could be thin slim and yet weigh a lot with muscle tone.. so go for it
